DESIGN PHILOSOPHY
We believe the inherent spirit of place suggests an architectural solution.
We feel our early intuitive responses often indicate an idea that, once pursued, is the most appropriate. We recognise that a collaborative journey allows for exploration of options and innovations. We love that our philosophy results in a design that is site-client specific – rather than a predetermined style.
SUSTAINABILITY
The principles of sustainable design are entrenched throughout our projects.
From simple off-grid houses to more complex education developments and office blocks. Each design is carefully scrutinized according to Green Star Rating tools. The conversion, restoration and reuse of existing buildings is an integral part of our sustainable philosophy. This commitment reflects both MSa’s respect for the unique environments in which we work and our strong sense of social responsibility to the broader South African society.
